"What a treasure trove of local goodness. I've tried the fried noodle stall (RM8 - fave!), two pork noodle stalls (RM7.50/8), wantan noodle (RM7.50) and rojak counter (RM8)...all are delicious indeed, as advertised! They open early and can get crowded. No-fuss and enjoyable comfort food is what you can surely get here :)"

"Our favorite breakfast place always here for the Sam Kam Cheong & Wan Tan Mee. This time I had their newly open Hor Fun shop, surprisingly very delicious broth & hot fun was fresh too. Mind you it gets pretty busy during the weekends. You can always choose to take away."

"Increasingly becoming rarer to find good hawkers but good that this group is still around. They're not open as they used to be pre-covid, they close during off-peak periods and while the prices have gone up, classic dishes like char kway teow, wan tan mee and curry mee are so much better than most other places in malls and restaurants at a much cheaper price. If you want awesome food, speed, value and wok hei, and don't mind a real hawker experience, highly recommend coming here."

"The star of this kopitiam is of course, the curry mee. Thick santan laden soup base with charsiu, siu yuk and taufu pok. Costs RM9 per bowl which is very decent price for Desa Sri Hartamas. Go before 12:30pm, best is latest by 12pm on weekdays as the curry mee is very popular. The same stall also sells pan mee which I also recommend as you can taste the umami taste of anchovies in it's soup. The other stall that I frequent is the sam gan zhong pork noodle. Other stalls, nothing to shout about. The CKT is not worth the price. Drinks wise, good kopi but expensive lah. Sri Hartamas, what to expect?"

"I highly recommend their morning curry noodles. Although it's considered a very heavy breakfast, the curry noodles is just so good and I swear I can't help with it. The roasted SIU Rok is superb. ATTN: It's not halal. And the curry aroma is so thick. I believe one can hardly find such a huge bowl of curry noodles within RM 10 in Kuala Lumpur. Five stars for the food."
